Awesome experience! I got in line early, expecting to wait until the advertised start time for state inspections. But the gentleman who does inspections greeted me with a smile and said since he was there early, he'd be with me shortly. Then, as I waited, I saw the woman who works inside come out with a big smile and approach my car. I later learned her name is Elleni, and she graciously invited me inside for coffee and a cookie while I waited. She was so warm and friendly that I had to tell her I felt as if she was welcoming me into her home! What a nice way to start the day. All in all, a very positive experience, and I'll definitely go back for other services (and coffee and snacks!).
