A co-worker recommended Yates based on her great experience! Highly professional courteous staff! A great team here at Yates, very organized. Went in for a VA State Inspection. There were 4 cars ahead of me by 9a .The wait was pleasant. Elleni a staff member greeted people in line and offered cookies and coffee as part of the service. Also a carwash with shell gas station is offered once you pay for your service! A staff member came around with a clipboard for you to fill out information. This was a smooth experience. It was well worth the hour drive!

The customer service was excellent. The staff tending to the line for the express vehicle inspections made the waiting non-painful. I will definitely come back for my inspection needs. I recall when this location was built, and they have maintained a high level of professionalism. Elleni was so sweet and went out of her way to go above and beyond with the free beverage, bringing my water curbside in the summer heat; thank you Elleni!

I can't say enough about their service. On Saturday my wife got a nail in her tire - they fixed it fast, as soon as we arrived. On Tuesday I took my car in for inspection, and even with a little unexpected human issue, they powered through to get me and a lot of people through the line with their clean, quick, thorough service. And you can go in and get a coffee or soda! Really the best I've ever had for what can be a lengthy choir elsewhere.
