I had a great experience at Yates Express Lube today! They got my state inspection done incredibly fast, and I loved that a free car wash was included. A special shout-out to Elleni, who went above and beyond—she offered me free coffee and cookies and was just genuinely warm and uplifting. Her amazing customer service truly lightened my mood and made my whole day better.

I came here for a safety inspection and the staff here are very friendly. Elleni brought those of us waiting cookies. Definitely plan on coming again. Also, the wait time wasn’t bad. I’ve been to other places where they just tell us to go somewhere else.
