I had such a great experience with Elleni! She was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The manager in the bay was very quick to notice me and asked what I needed. I advised him I needed 4 new tires on my 2020 Acura TLX. He said he could order them to be delivered by the next morning & he would call so I could bring my car to the station. Its a huge relief to get tires done. He was very polite, helpful & the job was done quickly. I will be certain to return for anything in the future. Thank you!

I went to Yates for an emissions test and got wonderful service. I arrived early and the testing took hardly any time at all. Elleni was especially kind and offers free coffee and fresh cookies while you wait. She was lovely to chat with and I will definitely be returning for any future emissions testing and state inspections!

Elleni, the store clerk, is great. She brought a free cookie for us while waiting in line for emission inspection. She also helped me with getting free coffee as well. Cannot praise her enough for her service mind.

I’m writing this because I always have a great experience at Kingstown…every year they inspect and give the SUV a good check. I got the oil and filter changed at the same time. These guys are fast , competent, and answer all my questions since I have little knowledge about engines and such. I trust them so I can relax ,,they aren’t going to screw up anything. I’ve been going to Yeats for years, thought I’d give them a shout out, prices are good and I get coupons which helps me a lot. Thanks Guys
