I have been getting inspections at another garage for 20 years. I used Yates this time because they open earlier and I was in a hurry. I watched the tech inspect everything that normally gets inspected but it only took half as long. He didn’t seem to be rushing through it, there just wasn’t any waste of time

I love this place. Been coming here for over 10 years and went to the Rosemont location for almost 10 years before that. They are super knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. I was having issues with a new battery today and limped into Yates. Within 10 minutes, I was on my way with a smile on my face. Shout out to Michael, who was super helpful and kind. All the techs here are great.

Visited today to get my safety inspection updated. Super quick and easy service with Mike. Elleni was super sweet to check on me while I wait. She offered me to come inside and sit instead of standing in the heat. 10/10 service everyone was so nice and the service was great.

Everyone that was working during the afternoon shift on August 18, was BEYOND friendly and helpful. I needed help replacing a battery and all the major auto parts stores for whatever reason didn’t couldn’t install it due to a reset Mechanism switch, so i called here hoping they would save the day and they sure did :) i even brought my dog and immediately, all the guys fell in love with him lol. great, friendly and professional job all around :)

As soon as I showed up, they were on it. Finished my car in maybe 20-30min. Only took that long because I was on a call for work while they were waiting to confirm a few things on my end. Great guys!

I went for my inspection today and it was completed quickly. Elleni, who works in the convenience store, offered me a coffee while I waited and was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to get inspections at Yates and visit the store as well!
