They would get 10stars if that was possible! Got my inspiration done- it was such a breeze! But the best part was the customer service, I was offered coffee, a cookie and a smile! Emmani was the best! Definitely turned a mundane responsibility into a great experience!

The rave reviews are true! This is the only place I go for my safety inspection, emissions, and repairs. The service center staff are kind and professional, with reasonable prices. I even pull up when I have low tire pressure just to make sure there isn’t a bigger problem with my tires, and they take care of me. There’s a reason so many people mention Elleni who works in the convenience store by name. She’s always there, and she’s the best. She can’t wait to bring you into the warmth of the store with a smile and offer you a chair and free coffee with all the fixings while you wait. My whole family comes here for car service. Can’t recommend it enough.

In the long, dreaded inspection line when Eleni came out in the cold to offer the customers in line a cookie and fresh coffee. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Every time I come to a Yates location, the customer service stands out.
