Yates’ technicians could not have been nicer, more professional, or thorough. From my initial phone call, the complementary ride home, and finally when I picked up the car, it was all well handled. I cannot say enough about this service team. Oh, and the free car wash is such a bonus!

I went in to get an inspection and was greeted in the little shop by Elleini (hope i spelled that right) with a free coffee and a smiling face. She was so welcoming she actually made the experience enjoyable, not just a chore. When I get gas here I don't often come inside but will make it a point to do so and say hello from now on.

Elleni is great. Free coffee and clean restroom. Elleni even went out to bring us cookies in the cold. The service was fast as well. Will definitely come back again
