Received my state and emissions inspection here. Work was done in very good time and staff, particularly Luis (who performed the inspection), was very courteous and knowledgeable about my specific vehicle (C6 Corvette). Would recommend coming here.

I had to wait a while in line for the state inspection, but everyone was so friendly! Elleni came out multiple times to check on people who were waiting. She is so sweet!

First time getting my oil changed at Yates Kingstowne this morning and had a great experience! I arrived when they opened as I had my 17mo old with me, and I was the first in. Pricing was clearly communicated before any services were done and there were good specials available so I added a tire rotation. While I was waiting, Ms. Eleni came outside to offer me and my daughter cookies and a coffee, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch! To top it all off, we received a free car wash for future use with the service. An incredible experience overall and one we will be back for. Thank you!

Elleni was perfection. Very busy day for inspections but Elleni checked in on me and others several times. Offering coffee and drinks, she made the wait pleasant. Also the mechanics were professional and informative. Truly grateful for the service and will be back again for all my auto issues.
