Since I have moved to the Maryland area, I have had my car serviced at other automotive service centers and they CANNOT compare in quality and care. Yates has been meeting ALL of my automotive needs for two years now, and would not trust my vehicle to anyone else. I appreciate at the friendliness, caring and attention to detail of the team.

This business is awesome! Yesterday I discovered a tack in my tire and made a horrible decision to pull it out. I happened to be in the parking lot across from Yates Kingstowne Express Lube when it happened. So I drove to them and used the Free Air and my fix a flat to try to stop it. It didn’t work. I spoke to Numan. He took my tire size and called to try to get one. It was Saturday and later on so it was an impossible situation. Well, he changed my tire using my spare and charged me nothing I tried to get him to take cash and he insisted that he didn’t really meet my needs so he didnt take the cash. Numan, you saved my day! I truly appreciate you and will return to an business with such great integrity. Truly a gem!

They have great customer service plus you get a free drink and car wash! I always go here for my safety and emissions inspection.
