I went to Yates Express Lube for my state inspection. Luis was quick, professional, and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend him and Yates to others!

I've been going to Yates for a couple years now... I pulled up around 7:45 AM to get my state inspection and waited nearly 2 hours in line to get the inspection - although, I admit that I waited until the end of the month to get this done, so I guess in some way I deserved it lol. I pulled up to the bay, passed over my key to the inspector, and I went inside to grab coffee while I waited. Elleni was at the register and what a delight she was! She was so friendly and helped me to my coffee, which I desperately needed. Even though the wait was long, she really turned my morning around. I also want to note that the other staff I encountered were very friendly! Great job, Yates!

I love this place! As expected, there was a long line for the car emissions and annual safety inspection, but the inspection itself was fast and efficient. The customer service was excellent—Elleni made sure we were taken care of by offering cookies and beverages, which was especially thoughtful in the hot weather.

I always come here for my car inspection, and have had work done here as well. Always super professional, free coffee and a free carwash. Luis was exceptional with my inspection today, pointed out that the place that did my alignment did not tighten the bolts on my front right wheel. There was a lot of wiggle and he was able to hand tighten/loosen it. Been in Kingstowne for over 5 years now and employees like Luis is exactly why I keep coming back time and time again.
