Yesterday I stop by this place to fix the tire. It had a slow leak in the back. They are all very honest, professional, and kind. I definitely come back in the future for another services. I come here often and never have any issues. The pumps always work and I love saying hello to Elleni. She is always so kind and attentive to everyone that is in the store. A helpful tip that I would offer is, if you’re coming in for a state inspection - don’t wait until the last minute OR the day after a holiday as you may be in line awhile, but the folks are super professional and do their best to move everyone through as quickly as possible.

I highly recommend Yates for their customer service and high quality work. I get my car safety inspection done here along with minor work and have always had such a pleasant experience. While I wait, I go into the convenience shop and am always warmly greeted by Elleni. She has a smile (and matching personality) that shines and brightens your day. The mechanics are also very thorough and helpful. I appreciate that they explain everything clearly and are patient. I never think of going anywhere else and am grateful for everyone here.

I had a great experience at Yates getting my state inspection and emissions done. I made the bad decision of trying to squeeze this appointment in before another one and was prepared to leave after explaining this issue to one of the mechanics. They were able to get the car done quickly and I was able to complete both appointments. I appreciate so much how understanding they were of the issue and how they handled it. The attendants inside were also lovely and offered me coffee and food. They saved what would otherwise have been a stressful morning!

They would get 10stars if that was possible! Got my inspiration done- it was such a breeze! But the best part was the customer service, I was offered coffee, a cookie and a smile! Emmani was the best! Definitely turned a mundane responsibility into a great experience!

The rave reviews are true! This is the only place I go for my safety inspection, emissions, and repairs. The service center staff are kind and professional, with reasonable prices. I even pull up when I have low tire pressure just to make sure there isn’t a bigger problem with my tires, and they take care of me. There’s a reason so many people mention Elleni who works in the convenience store by name. She’s always there, and she’s the best. She can’t wait to bring you into the warmth of the store with a smile and offer you a chair and free coffee with all the fixings while you wait. My whole family comes here for car service. Can’t recommend it enough.
