I always have good experiences at Yates. Today Mr. Storm was very efficient when he conducted my safety inspection. The customer in front of me was confused about the inspection process but Mr. Storm was very patient and kind to her. I really appreciated that he wore a mask and gloves during our interaction. He wiped down the inside and outside of my car with antibacterial wipes after he finished my inspection.

Storm made my car’s safety inspection quick and painless! I’ve been going to Yates for years and trust them to take excellent care of my vehicle. Bonus: The garage is walking distance to Dairy Queen if your wait is longer than a few minutes :)

Went for a VA state inspection at about 10:30 am on Sat. Only one other car in line when I arrived but a few more showed up after. Quick service. Took proper care with vehicle and with masks/gloves. Wiped car down when completed.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I needed my tires filled with air but I noticed the air machine across the pumps didn't work. A nice gentleman named Storm had me come around and took care of filling my tires for me.

Rhoutine oil change jumped from $95 to $119 with the price of oil being at an all time low. The huge increase is gouging. I have been a customer since moving out here 4 years ago but I'm taking my business elsewhere along with the other 3 vehicles in my household.

Came for a state inspection and had a great experience. They were very professional. The waiting time is 15 mins per car, get there early or you will be waiting for a long time. Everything is clean and organized. The process while the pandemic is good. The change gloves in every car, they wipe the drive wheel and the door before they hand the car to you. You feel confident they are taking care of you.

Service with a Smile! In addition to fueling up, I go here for my annual vehicle inspection and other vehicle needs (odds/ends). The folks that work here are very professional, courteous and helpful. The station itself is well-maintained and cared for. You can tell the owner/management takes a lot of pride in this location - it shows!

I have gone to Yates for years now for my state inspection. I am in and out in less than 30 minutes, plus there is a nice picnic table to wait. I like the car wash coupon too, it brings me! back
