Service with a Smile! In addition to fueling up, I go here for my annual vehicle inspection and other vehicle needs (odds/ends). The folks that work here are very professional, courteous and helpful. The station itself is well-maintained and cared for. You can tell the owner/management takes a lot of pride in this location - it shows!

I have gone to Yates for years now for my state inspection. I am in and out in less than 30 minutes, plus there is a nice picnic table to wait. I like the car wash coupon too, it brings me! back

Yo! They get your safety inspection done after 3pm, on a Saturday, and with a smile. A decent group of guys at a respectable spot. Bonus is a free car wash!

Storm was extremely friendly and went above and beyond! I took my car in for a VA inspection sticker, he was fast and also kindly cleaned out my floor mats. It was great service and I will definitely be coming back.

The customer service and integrity of the people at Yates Express Lube has been top-notch since my wife and I started using them over two years ago. They get us in and out as fast as possible with quality work, and they are completely transparent about their prices, work load that day, and other matters. When their oil prices went up, their employee proactively told me so that I could make the most informed choice about where to go for the oil change. Their company ethos was exemplified two weeks ago when I was on-site to get my tires filled and Yates himself showed up with lunch for the staff. I went out of my way to express appreciation for their service and quality, and he immediately offered me some of the food he had brought. "You're part of the team," he said when I told him I didn't want to take food from the staff. That's an attitude every CEO and company should have. The reason I gave them a "4" instead of a "5" is because of their prices. We do go elsewhere for some vehicle maintenance because of their prices.
