Great and fast service. My under carriage front panel had fallen off after going over a speed bump. It began to drag on the ground and just became an eyesore and it was completely annoying. I tried to get it taken care of at the Yates in Alexandria off of Mt. Vernon but they were swamped. A gentleman referred me to this location and Shane helped me out. It was fast and he was friendly and efficient. Shoutout to him and Yates. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Friendly people. Super fast service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. Very reasonable prices. I got a high mileage oil change (synthetic blend) on my SUV for $72 (pre tax). They also suggested a much needed air filter change. Rodney brought put the new air filter, opened the box in a manner such that I could see the filter is new and installed the new filter in a very transparent manner. Plus, the service came with a free car wash!

These folks do an awesome job when it comes time for a safety inspection. Every time I’ve used them, it’s usually always less than a 20 minute wait time. They don’t have any kind of waiting room, but in the back are some tables and benches. Great place to take for vehicle safety inspection. I do not know how they are for maintenance or tires!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Yates, from inspections to routine maintenance. Highest recommendation!

I've been using this shop for the past few years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. As much as I hate going to get work done on my car, I at least have the peace of mind knowing when I come here for work to get done, it will be done quickly and professionally.

Excellent customer service and experience. 15 min tops and a free fountain drink or coffee/tea while I waited. Oh and bonus quick vacuum of my floors and windows cleaned. Though I wasn't expecting to pay so much, after calling around I found the price was about right. Alex was great and was my first friendly face. I'd def recommend Yates and will come back for future service.

I wanted to commend the staff of the Yates Express Lube for providing a very pleasant customer experience. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The person in the convenient store offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited for the work to be completed on my car and I was given a voucher for a free car wash. They made my day!
