Whelp, I'm sitting in line on the 27th of July burning fossil fuel, my Saturday, and my a$$ off whilst I wait to have my car inspected. Not currently happy. They should at least serve breakfast foods inside. I mean, I got up early to be here and I've been waiting over an hour now with another 5 cars in front of me. I'm fuming in more ways than one. Why is there only one bay open for inspections at the end of the month when the line is this long? Also, not posting this until my car is actually inspected. So, almost two hours, but between catching up on my yelp reviews and listening to a book on CD, I made it through, and so did my 2008 Honda Civic. I'm glad the morning was productive and I'm glad that everyone was, while brusque, very efficient. PS friends, Yates even has Sunday hours for inspections AND they give you a coupon for a free car wash, which was much appreciated.

New to the area and I brought my car in for an inspection as well as emissions testing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They got me in right away, finished everything very quickly (about 20 minutes), including replacing some lights that were needed to pass inspection. Pricing was very reasonable, and I also received a free soda and a free car wash, as well as some lovely compliments from one of the mechanics. Overall a great experience!

The fog lights on my Nissan Murano went out and needed to be replaced. Yates was able to do it pretty quickly. Fastforward a day and I noticed the fog lights weren’t working as I pulled into my garage. I called Yates and talked to Bret. He said to bring the car back when convenient and ask for him. I went this morning and....they just weren’t turned on. I have had my car for 10 years and never noticed the dial for the fog lights. I’ve just always turned my lights on and they come on with the rest of the lights. Bret was very nice about it. He didn’t treat me like I was an idiot, which is how I felt anyway. Rightly so. This is why I take my car to Yates. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable staff who won’t make you feel stupid when you clearly don’t know how your own car works. Thanks, Bret!

Came here early on a Tuesday afternoon around 3 pm. Not crowded at all. I was the only one in line. Friendly people that work here and fast service! I was done my inspection and emissions test by 3:30. I been coming here the last 2 years and I will keep coming back! I like how they give you a voucher for a free car wash! Thanks for the fast service!
