Quick, polite, excellent service and a free cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be emissions tested!

Fast, professional, friendly and efficient service. This was my second visit, both for a new tire. Flat was replaced and mounted for the spare. I called ahead to make sure the tire was in stock and if they could take me right away. (I hate waiting in a repair shop and could have come any time). I arrived ten minutes later and they had me out in twenty minutes. I believe that a competitor would have taken at least an hour. I didn't even call the competitor this time but went straight to Yates.

Best experience with a state inspection ever. Arrived 7 a.m., parked at the front of the line (which forms by the last gas island). Went inside, told them what I was there for and was told to help myself to free coffee. Service begins at 8 a.m. and by 8:15 a.m. I was done and on my way. Even though I only had an inspection they gave me a coupon for a free car wash at their place across the street. Friendly folks. Definitely worth a visit.

I come to Yates to get my oil changes because they are so quick every time I get there. It is nice to come to a place and not have to wait a long to receive an oil change. The day I came it had snowed earlier and the bays where wet. The tech asked if I was okay staying in my car during the service to prevent and slips or falls, and I obliged. It took 10-15 minutes and they where done, they then brought my invoice and took my card for payment. It was as simple as that. I would recommend Yates to anyone looking for quick, professional, and reasonable service.

Went in and they were closed and ready to leave Mr.Storm reopened just to do my inspection due to my situation and was very accommodating definitely will return and recomend coming to this location.

Awesome staff with phenomenal customer service. 15 minutes for an oil change and they even allowed my little ones to stay in the car. Rodney was very helpful and welcoming! Will definitely be my first preference for car services from this day forth. They also offer complimentary coffee or soft drinks from the convenience store that's attached.
