Great service and very accommodating.

The manager is really nice and kind. In addition, staff and mechanics are really honest. My car's engine light was on and I dropped my car in this shop, and the staff explained about the the problem very in detail and manager didn't charge me. I'm going to visit this shop again and recommed this place to my co-workers.

Above par quality of service at Kingstowne Yates! I only went in for a state inspection, which they not only completed in less than 30 minutes (with one other customer in front of me!), however, they treated me to a free cup of coffee AND a free car wash at the Yates Car Wash across Kingstowne Blvd. I've gone to this location for quick fixes before (e.g., flat tires, dead batteries) but they ALWAYS take great care of me...and other customers as well. Great job, Yates team!

I absolutely love this express lube. They are honest giving you the option of the service you need. They explain, and give you options. The customer service that I received from Alonzo and Rodney was outstanding. They do what's best for the customer and I love that. They are super fast on oil changes.
