This is my second oil change with Yates. They were quick, and polite and not pushy like other places. They quickly pulled up my last service, and finished this service in no time! I will be going back.

2d time to Yates Kingstowne Center recently and both visits were so exceptional they motivated me to go online and compliment Manager Kris Jellesed and Abe M (safety and emissions). I noticed both visits Kris there early for opening and both times well groomed in uniform and moving around ensuring customers are greeted and work is getting done. I also overheard him mentoring some of the more junior staff on doing customer service correctly. I am a local resident and I was not a fan of Yates from a previous experience 3 years ago where I felt Yates 'took advantage' on an oil change... I have avoided them. However, I came away from these visits with a "maybe I'll give them another chance." After safety inspect, came to find out my fault I needed emissions check so back I go to Yates. Again, greeted by Abe with smile and efficiency. No upsell nonsense or such - takes it in and gets it done! No one in the bays are slacking or goofing off. I watched and from what I can see, it is Kris' leadership and managerial skills. Yates would be wise to appreciate his work ethic and talent. The cherry on top for both visits is they are giving away a free car wash at their wash down the street for any services including safety and emissions!! (This is a GREAT value deal)

Kris was amazing!! I was really stressed about a paint scuff on my car when I called. He told me to drive and come in. It was so small, only took about 3 minutes of my time to remove it! He was very professional and hospitable. 5 starts for him and this place!!! 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love this car wash. Free coffee while you wait and great service. Dwayne, Yaw, and Barry do a wonderful job cleaning my car and getting rid of all the messes that my rescue puppies make! :)
