I have been taking my car to Yates for inspections and oil changes for almost 2 years and am consistently impressed with their service. The manager, Kris, is extremely personable and promotes a positive atmosphere with his team. Every member of the team I have worked with is kind and welcoming. You get a free car wash with any service! I highly recommend Yates!

Yates Express Lube has always given my husband and I fantastic service since moving to the Kingstowne area in 2015. They have done all of our basic service - oil changes, state inspections, brakes, tire rotations and more. They are always upfront and honest with any concerns about your car, and strive to make sure your car is safest on the road. Recently, I had a tire pressure light come on and I asked them to check my tires. Unfortunately they found two nails in one of the tires, and due to my car being AWD, it was recommended that I replace all four. Not quite what I wanted to hear, but I'm so glad they are working at the highest echelon of safety and service. They were even willing to work with my warranty service on my tires, and Brett went above and beyond by spending 20+ minutes on the phone with the warranty service, while Alex worked on getting the new tires mounted. Cris, Brett, Alex, Willie, and the rest of the team at Yates Express Lube are top notch in my book!

I am so impressed with the team at this location... the manager is professional and patient. The gentleman here were respectful and very accommodating. I found myself with a flat tire... which I changed on the side of the road but ended up losing my wheel lock. When i got to Yates, then gentleman there were very understanding of my situation and were able assist me. They advised me to buy new wheel locks, which I do. They were able to change the tire and switch out all my wheel locks .... seems simple enough.. but they did it without cost. Thank you Rodney, for changing the tire and all the wheel locks. Now, that's just this occasion, this team has repaired a flat tire for me done my yearly inspections in the past. They are always the same.. accommodating, respectful, and professional... and you know that feeling when you've been ripped off... I don't get that when I leave these guys. Thanks team... job well done... you have business and my trust.. keep up the good work and great customer service!!

Super nice staff, in my experience. They took time to let me know about whether my car's issues would prohibit it from passing inspection, and didn't think of charging me. So nice! They helped me out a different time, too. Thanks Kris et al! ♡

Great service! The manager highlights the epitome of good customer service. He’s always welcoming and friendly.

Service was a little slow, but the people here are nice and you get a free coffee while you wait. You also receive a free basic car was with most service appointments. So your getting pretty standard service with a few perks. I'll keep going back.
