I came to Yates for a safety inspection, someone told me you got a free car wash so I figured why not? I was greeted immediately, they were upfront with the wait time and cost of service. Typically you don't get the best customer service from auto shops but this place is clearly different. Every person I encountered was extremely friendly. Abraham who did the inspection was kind and honest about everything. He even noticed I had a light on due to low brake fluid and had one of the technicians help me out with that. I had just got an oil change from another place that promises to top off fluids and they didn't even let me know my brake fluid was low! These guys went above and beyond and I can say from now on, they surely have my business.

I've been taking our cars here for about a year now for routine stuff that I don't want to bother with going to the dealer for (oil changes, nails in a tire, battery load test, bulbs, etc etc). I think I have met and had work done by most of the crew: Kris, Rodney, Willie, Alex, Brett, as well as the state inspector who's name I can't remember. Everybody I've dealt with has been just great - courteous, efficient, and friendly. And what really sets them apart from lots of places is they move out with a sense of purpose! No lollygagging around like a bunch of lollygaggers. They act like they want to be there and make it clear they want to help you out. And the free car wash after every service is a great benefit too. These days when it's hard to find good customer service these guys deliver, every time.

Yates Express Lube is an amazing company who has THE BEST CUSTOMER service I have ever seen. I believe the gentleman that helped me went by the name Kyle. He was very informative and once I told him that I accidentally left my wallet home, he told me to not worry and allowed me to bring the money back after my service was finished. That really made me feel good knowing that he trusted me that much. I will continue to come here for all of my vehicle's needs. The free $25 Carwash is amazing and the free coffee is on point! Thank you guys so much!

Alex was awesome! My vehicle needed significant service and he offered great options and had everything done in record time. Although there are many such lube centers closer to my location, Yates Express Lube is my new go-to!

I took my car in to Yates when it was having intermittent cold starts. He kept me in the loop on every step and even made a video showing what he fixed and why he fixed it. For me it is all about trust, which is why I usually dread taking my cars in for maintenance work.
