Wow!!! Super nice people and fast service!! Only got a state inspection with this trip but plan to come back for an oil change!! Courteousness goes a long way in my book!

Super friendly & fast, was able to get state and emissions inspections and an oil change in less than an hour!

Outstanding customer service on two separate occasions! Got there early in the morning and and received an oil change in May 2017 with no waiting. Price quoted was the price I paid. Technician identified and showed me my bad rotors. Gave me an estimate without the hard sell. I called in June 2017 and talked to the manager about the brake job. Manager gave me the same brake job estimate and had the parts waiting a day later when I came in for the repair. Brake job took about an hour and a half. To kill time, I waited at the Starbucks across the large parking lot. Highly Recommended.

Really great experience using Yates Kingstown car wash convenience. It was my first time here the guy want me around show me the where the drinks are show me that I could get a free air freshener talk me through the experience of using their car wash and they really did a really great job of cleaning my car. Everyone was courteous and professional and they take really great care of my wife's car.

I have always had great luck with Yates.. I get my oil change, tires rotated, etc there each time! You also get a free car wash coupon!

I have been here numerous times for oil change (free car wash included). I also had car issues and they were open on a holiday and got it fixed. Manager is great as well as all others in service department.

I've been twice to this place, inspection and rear wiper replacement, and I was pleasantly surprised of how professional, hard working, and friendly people work here. One of the nicest service station I have ever been since I moved to Northern Virginia. Highly recommended. Kudos especially to Chris who solved my problem fast and making me feel welcomed. I loved them. They reminded me of the family garages back home in South Carolina. Absolutely pleasant. I might come back for more services. They blew me away with the free car wash that left my car looking amazing. Andddddd wait for it.... you get a free coffee lol I swear that was Hod because lord knows I needed it so bad.
