Best oil change experience ever. Stayed in my car the whole time and so I didn't have to take the baby out of the car seat. The whole job took about 10 minutes, they vacuumed out my vehicle, and a car wash was included. No need to sit in a waiting room for an hour with a toddler and nothing but a water cooler and old car magazines for comfort (my experience elsewhere)! Amazing...especially for the busy mom.
We have used Yates for oil changes, tire repairs, and emissions testing and have always received superior service. Last weekend we had two flats and bent rims from an accident with road debris and Yates fixed both tires and rims in record time. We were back on the road within an hour. I would recommend Yates for newer drivers, especially those that have little experience with routine service. The Yates team has never recommended unnecessary work and even took the time to explain the routine maintenance processes to my daughter. A great place for your car needs. The free coffee and cat wash were nice perks.

Outstanding customer service on two separate occasions! Got there early in the morning and and received an oil change in May 2017 with no waiting. Price quoted was the price I paid. Technician identified and showed me my bad rotors. Gave me an estimate without the hard sell. I called in June 2017 and talked to the manager about the brake job. Manager gave me the same brake job estimate and had the parts waiting a day later when I came in for the repair. Brake job took about an hour and a half. To kill time, I waited at the Starbucks across the large parking lot. Highly Recommended.
Really great experience using Yates Kingstown car wash convenience. It was my first time here the guy want me around show me the where the drinks are show me that I could get a free air freshener talk me through the experience of using their car wash and they really did a really great job of cleaning my car. Everyone was courteous and professional and they take really great care of my wife's car.
I have always had great luck with Yates.. I get my oil change, tires rotated, etc there each time! You also get a free car wash coupon!
I have been here numerous times for oil change (free car wash included). I also had car issues and they were open on a holiday and got it fixed. Manager is great as well as all others in service department.
