I am new to Virginia, and I went to Yates for my safety and emissions inspections. I chose them based on Google reviews and a recommendation from my neighbor. I mistakenly thought they did inspections until 7:00pm and went over too late the first time, but the employees who spoke to me were very courteous and said I could come back at 7:30am the next day. The next morning I interacted with Dylan and Luis to get my inspections done, and they were both courteous, as well. Thanks to them, the visit was easy and efficient. I will definitely be back when my vehicles are in need of their services.

They have an excellent crew of technicians—fast, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Dylan and Luis who took excellent care of my car recently. Exceptional service. Every time.

Today, Luis performed the emission control to my car. He is an excellent technician at the Yates Express Lube of Kingstowne. All the staff is very courteous and nice. I highly recommend this Yates service station.

VA state inspection. They now open 730 and Sat hrs! I got there Thurs 830 no line! Offered choc chip cookies 2x while waiting and free coffee! Also, Yates offers free car wash w svc even a $20 inspect (value car wash ~$15). Looked their oil chg prices lower than dealer for sure. Emplpyees w smiles polite and seemed motivated so worth a check out. Ps. Luis inspected and believe cookies by Dylan.
