Luis was amazing today with my emissions test!

I always get my safety inspections at Yates. Its relatively quick and convenient to where I live but I go mainly because of Elleni's friendly and generous customer service inside. She offers a free cup of coffee and goes out of her way to ensure my wait is pleasant. It's also nice that Yates offers a discount on the inspection with a receipt from Chick-fil-A and a ticket for a free car wash down the street.

The service was fast and efficient. We came early for state inspection and emissions and were 3rd in line. We were done in less than an hour! Thank you Elleni for great customer service! Free coffee, cookies and drinks while you wait! Wonderful location.

I cannot give enough PRAISE to the FINE operation at Yates Express Lube (and the Extended Yates family at the Car Wash & Detail Center)!!! What a quality operation from getting my annual vehicle inspection (thanks Luis!!) to my free car wash (add $18 and you get some serious TLC to your car - BIG Thanks to the Detailers!!!) Customer for LIFE!!!
